ChurchNumbers provides an easy, affordable way for churches to track their weekly statistics such as attendance, giving, baptisms, visitors, etc. Using ChurchNumbers, churches can reduce their dependence on spreadsheets for tracking and reporting statistical information. In the future, we plan to add the ability to upload historical data and to compare statistics across multiple churches (without divulging any individual church's data of course).

How It Works

Set up your ChurchNumbers account by defining the rooms your church uses for ministry events throughout the week, and then define the events themselves--what they are, when they happen and where they take place. You can also define other measures such as budgeted weekly giving and attendance. Each week, one ore more people can sign into ChurchNumbers to enter the weekly statistics, which are automatically saved and can be used for reporting, analysis and forecasting.

Why ChurchNumbers?

We created ChurchNumbers to help churches make good decisions--decisions about space, scheduling, staffing, volunteer needs and other operational matters.

ChurchNumbers is not for gauging the "success" of your church's ministries. Numbers alone can't tell whether or not a ministry is effective. We see ChurchNumbers as a logistical planning tool and hope your church benefits greatly from using the tools we provide. Please send us an email and tell us how you are using ChurchNumbers and how we could make it better.
